August 10, 2011 Service: August 12, 2011 Helen M. Kwakernaak, aged 85, of Wyoming, passed away Wednesday, August 10, 2011. Surviving are her husband of 60 years, Lee, two daughters, Carol (Joe) Patrick, April Smith, 3 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and many other family members. Her family extends a special thanks to her grandson Scott and his wife Brandy for the love and care they gave to their grandmother. Funeral services will be held 1:00pm Friday, August 12 at the Ofield Funeral Home with Pastor Michael Hewitt of New Life Community Church, officiating. Visitation will be held from 12-1pm before the service on Friday.
