Heidi Ann Enck, age 59, passed away in her home on October 3rd, 2019 after a long battle with Ovarian Cancer. She was born on November 28, 1959 in Erie, PA to Mary Louise McCann and Herold David Baker. She earned her undergraduate degree at Lancaster Bible College and later earned a Masters in TESOL from Cornerstone University. Heidi worked many jobs throughout her life, but she was most passionate about her role within Cornerstone University Professional and Graduate Studies as an Academic Advisor for students within the ESL/TESOL program. Heidi was an inspiration to many in her almost 5 year battle with aggressive cancer. She was rarely found without a smile and her generosity extended as far as she could reach. Her life was spent serving others. She is survived by her mother, Mary, her former husband, Dan, her two children, Ryan (Sarah) and Leanne (Zach), her two grandchildren, Owen and Oliver, as well as three brothers and their families. Friends and family are invited to attend Heidi's funeral at Grand Rapids International Fellowship Church on Friday, October 11 at 6:30pm with a visitation held at the same location and same day from 3-5pm prior to the service.
