Gwendolyn Lucille Schuiling of Grand Rapids, Michigan went to be with her Lord on Thursday, July 5, 2018. Gwendolyn was born to Orville and Gladys Zinn on September 30, 1923. She married M. James Schuiling and together they raised their 2 children, Denise and Philip. Gwen, along with her husband owned the MarJo Shoppe of Grand Rapids and The Cove in Grand Haven. Gwen loved her family and her Lord, music and laughter, traveling and boating, her friends and her Life. She will be lovingly remembered and deeply missed by her son Philip (Beverly) Schuiling, grandchildren Julie Driver, Kristin Olson, Melissa Bultema, Michael Schuiling, Steven Schuiling, Stephanie Sandera and son-in-law David Harmelink. She was preceded in death by her daugher Denise Ann Harmelink, husband M. James Schuiling and grandson Jeffery Harmelink. A celebration of her life will be held Monday, July 9th at Ofield Funeral Home (4500 Kalamazoo Ave SE) at 1pm with visitation from 12 pm to 1 pm. In Lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Porter Hills Foundation.
