Gerald Peter Wozniak (Jerry), of Grand Rapids, MI, passed away December 25, 2017. Jerry was born June 24,1941 to Marion and Katherine Wozniak. He is survived by his sons, Richard Wozniak, Randall (Michelle) Wozniak, Joel (Jennifer) Wozniak, Jeffrey (Anita) Wozniak; Brother, Kenneth Wozniak; Many grandchildren and great grandchildren; 2 nephews; 1 great nephew and special friends Connie and Bruce.
