Gerald (Jerry) Charles DeWolf, age 87, went to be with his Lord and Savior on October 3, 2024. He passed peacefully surrounded by family. Jerry was born in August 1937 to parents Louie and Evelyn DeWolf.

Surviving family includes his loving wife, Mary DeWolf of 40 years; children, Cherrie (Mike) Salay, Dawn (Brian) Hoffman, Jacqueline Weesner, Gerald Charles DeWolf Jr, Cindy Medina, and (preceded in death) Kevin Karsten. He had 16 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.

Jerry shared his love for God, family, friends, and sports. He was loved by so many that say he was always charming and made them laugh. He will be greatly missed.

A Celebration of Life will be held on October 18, 2024 at Ofield Funeral Home (4500 Kalamazoo Avenue SE, Kentwood, MI 49508) from 10:00 AM-11:00 AM, with a Memorial Service beginning at 11:00 AM.
