Georgia A. Glick (September 12, 1943 - September 17, 2016) Age 73. Was called home to the Lord on Saturday, September 17, 2016 in Douglas, MI. Georgia was born September 12, 1943 in Lansing, MI, the daughter of Clarence and Mary (Parisian) George. She is survived by her two children; Christopher (Bethany) Howard of Mattawan, MI and Leslie (Jason) Howard-Robb of Indianapolis, IN; one brother, Lawrence (Sylviane) George; one sister, Sandra Bolton; and two grandchildren, Lauren and Logan Howard. Georgia was preceded in death by her husband, Gordon Glick, her parents, and one brother, Norman George. Georgia had a life-long career as a phlebotomist and most recently worked at Holland Hospital. Along with her career, she was a tireless volunteer for a variety of causes. She will be remembered by her family and friends for her warm smile, giving nature, and love of animals. A memorial service will be held at the Saugatuck Christian Reformed Church, 6591 Old Allegan Road, Saugatuck, MI 49453 on Friday, September 30, 2016 at 1:00pm. Her children will receive family and friends to honor Georgia's life from 12:00-1:00pm. Services will begin at 1:00pm followed by a luncheon.
