George Robert Owsley – Born May 3, 1954, married December 17, 2009 to wife Cynthia Gorodenski. 

George passed away after a short illness with cancer. He and his wife Cindy, enjoyed raising miniature horses on Swampy Acres and was an avid Mustang Enthusiast. He worked in a trailer Factory for many of his younger years. After he married, he moved to Hastings. He also worked for 13 years at Bradford White Corporation as a commercial welder. George retired on March 1, 2024.

Surviving are his wife Cindy of 16 years. 2 Boys George (Ann) Owsley Jr. Sturgis MI, Russell (Shay) Owsley LaGrange IN, 3 daughters Amanda (Tim Deceased) Carrell LaGrange IN, Gina Owsley Three Rivers MI and Kelly Goddard of Holland. 

Surviving are his brothers James (Teresa) Owsley Colon, David (Wife) Owsley, Harrison MI. Grandkids 11: Caden, Noah, Remington, Rebekah, Isabel, Dominic, Aiden, and Adara and 2 great grandchildren Deceased are his parents: Maurice and Sarah Owsley, Brother Robert Owsley, Sisters : Carol (Owsley) Burton, Patricia (Owsley) Decker.

A Celebration of Life will be at Firm Foundation Ministries 661 E Main St Centreville MI on September 19, 2:30-4 Memorials may be given to Cynthia Owsley or a Hospice of your choice.
