Gene Alan Hinken, age 64, of Wyoming passed away at his home on February 16, 2020 after a short battle with cancer. He was preceded in death by his mother, Glenna Jean Hinken. He will be lovingly remembered and greatly missed by his wife Cheri, his children Steve & Sheri Hinken, Becky Hinken, Melissa Hinken, his grandchildren Conner, Landon, Samantha, Abigail and Emily. His dad Alvyn Hinken, his sisters Jayne Vanderlind, Janet Bak, Dawn & John Pike and all their families. His father-in-law and mother-in-law Al and Lorraine Boverhof. His sisters-in-law Diane Sayles, Sue & Bob Penninga, Shelly & John Christians and all their families. His brothers-in-law Jim & Carol Boverhof, Dan & Joan Boverhof, Mike & Dee Boverhof and Matt & Michele Boverhof and all their families. Gene spent nearly 43 years as a loving and dedicated husband and father. Gene was also a loyal employee of Coca-Cola for nearly 34 years.
