Freda Amash, 78, of Grand Rapids, passed away at home on November 30, 2019. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Andrew Amash. Freda and Andrew were blessed with three children: Raymond Amash (Louise), David Amash (Deborah), and Sandra (Clint) Nelson. They were also blessed with six grandchildren: Olivia, Xander, Sophia, Sammy, Justice, and Athena. She worked at Butterworth Hospital for 23 years. Her Celebration of Life will take place on Monday, December 9 at 4 pm at Northlawn United Methodist Church, 1157 Northlawn St NE, Grand Rapids. Light refreshments will follow the service. In lieu of flowers donations can be made out to Northlawn United Methodist Church.
