Francis Collins Obituary Collins, Francis 7/4/1933 - 10/24/2018 Wayland, MI Frank (Bud) Collins, 85 years old, Wayland MI. Went to be with the Lord and his wife Judy on Wednesday October 24, 2018. After serving in the U.S. Air Force he met and married the love of his life, Judy. He was a Grand Rapids Police Officer for 28 years before retiring and working at the Federal Marshals Office. He retired from there to spend his time spoiling his grandchildren. He will be lovingly remembered by his children Tricia and Mark Forbes, Frank (Marty) and Carrie Collins, Hal and Laurie Collins. Also by the great joy of his life, his grandchildren Loren Forbes, Libby Collins, Julia Forbes, Megan Collins, and Trey Collins. Also survived by his siblings Pat (Sterling) Seaton, Jim Gilbert, Bob and Joann Kowalski, Jean Kowalski, and several nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by siblings Jack Kowalski, Kathy Gilbert, and Marilyn Clouse. Join us in celebrating his life on Monday October 29, 2018 at Gun Lake Community Church 12200 W M 179 Hwy, Wayland MI, 49348. Visitation 4-7 pm, service 7-8 pm. Reception following.
