Francesco Tinervia, 75, of Grand Rapids Westside, passed away at home surrounded by family on Friday, November 16th. Francesco is survived by his wife of 27 years Darlene, children; Angela (Antonio) Dilorenzo, Giovanni Tinervia, Danita (Jonathan) Rubante, Darren (Maritza) Whitt, Francesco Tinervia II, siblings; Vincenza (Salvatore) Tinervia, Angela Tocco, Maria (Pino) Lombardo, grandchildren; Cinzia, Dalia, Audriana, Lailah, Kaleb, Braxton, Sebastian, multiple nieces and nephews, special friends; George, Dan, and Scott. Francesco was the proud owner of Vinny's Pizza on the Westside for 25 years. He was born in Sicily and moved to America in 1982. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Wednesday, November 21st at Our Lady of Sorrows, 101 Hall Street, Grand Rapids at 11AM. Visitation will be held at Ofield Funeral Home, 4500 Kalamazoo Ave SE, Kentwood on Tuesday from 3-6PM and Wednesday from 10:30-11AM at Church before Mass.
