Frances Jean Patterson, age 94, of Grand Rapids, passed away at home on Tuesday September 24, 2019. She is preceded in death by her husband, Billie, her son, Mark Patterson, son-in-law, Dennis Gochenour and Duane Devries and daughter-in-law, Marilyn Patterson. She is survived by her sister, Anne Nicholas; her children, Barb Gochenour, Marianne & Dan Webster, Laurie & John Shanahan, Julie Buskard and Amy & Craig Vredevoogd; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. According to Jean's wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service is set for Wednesday, October 9, 2019, 11 am at the St. John Vianney church, 4101 Clyde Park Ave., Grand Rapids MI 49509. The family will receive visitors one hour prior to the service on Wednesday, October 9 at the church.
