IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Enoch Poncedeleon
Holloway
April 4, 1985 – April 24, 2015
April 4, 1985 - April 24, 2015 Enoch (Ton) Ponce De Leon Holloway, 30 years of age, of Wyoming Michigan passed away on Friday April 24, 2015, of congestive heart failure. Enoch was born in Chicago Illinois, on April 04, 1985, to the late Jesse and Angela Holloway. Enoch graduated from Wyoming Park High School in June of 2003 and for a year attended Grand Rapids Community College with Theology as his major. Enoch never married, but was a loving son and oldest brother to Jarrett and Armand Holloway. He was also a loving uncle to Kai Holloway (Armand's son). As a child Enoch enjoyed watching Anime cartoons and playing video games with his brothers. In his teens, Enoch immensly enjoyed weekly bible study, which he attended as part of a Youth Group held in the home of Steve and Lisa Endres and family (ironically their daughter, Allicia LeFleur, would later become a nurse in one of the hospitals he attended when he became ill). This bible study had a great positive impact on Enoch's life and helped pave the way to transforming him into the 'man of faith,' he later became. In his early twenties Enoch attended church services at Tri Unity Christian Church. Before and after attending college, Enoch worked at D & W Foods, Menards, Service Master and Super 8 as assistant to the manager. Enoch enjoyed the study of gardening and vegetable growing. He felt growing one's own food was imperative, and wished all families could do so. He believed better health began with consuming less chemically produced food. Most of all, Enoch enjoyed reading God's word and listening to spritually themed music and teachings. As his brother Armand stated, "Enoch has left this earth, but flew to his Heavenly home on the wings of his Faith." He leaves to cherish his memory: his mother, Angela; his two brothers, Jarrett and Armand; his nephew Kai; grandparents Earl and Gloria Ford; best friends, Thomas Quillan, Ryan Kaline, Daniel Dyer and Rueben Rodriguez; all friends and relatives of his Facebook page. The family will receive friends Wednesday, April 29 from 5-7pm and a memorial service will follow at 7pm at the funeral home.
