Elton James Whitcomb, or 'Jim', passed away peacefully in his home, on February 16th, 2023.

Jim was born in Hudsonville, Michigan on May 12th, 1946, to Robert and Pearl (Sturgeon) Whitcomb. He was an avid fisherman and loved anything outdoors.

Jim will be missed by his wife of 36 years, Judy (Parente) Whitcomb; children, Jennifer (Mike) Fry, and Kara Whitcomb; grandchildren, Paul James, Dakota, Kyler, Arianna (Matt), Julian, and Ethan; siblings, Bob, Tom, Sue, Becky (Steve), Mike (Marie), and Cris; and many sisters and brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, and friends.

Jim was preceded in death by his parents Robert and Pearl; and his siblings Greg, Colleen, and Raymond.
