IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Elizabeth June
Nichols
August 31, 1974 – September 10, 2024
Elizabeth June Nichols, 50, of Hastings, Michigan moved on from this world on September 10th, 2024, from brain cancer.
She is preceded in death by her Grandparents, Daryl and Kate Nichols, and Archie and June Bradshaw; Aunts and Uncles, Bob and Sandy Nichols, Larry Nichols, Jerry Nichols, and Al Robinson; Cousins, Christine Darling, Kelene Pearson, and Jamie Pearson; and Beloved Fur Babies, Figgy, Willow, Hans, and Bromley.
Greatly missing her presence in this world are her Beloved Fur Baby, Lola; Parents, Phil and Jean Nichols; Siblings, Stephanie and Jeff Lawson, and Matt and Niki Nichols; Nieces and Nephews, Alex Lawson, Senna Lawson, Katy and Kyle Anteau, Everett Nichols, Alivia Nichols, Judah Nichols, and Archie Nichols; Aunts and Uncles, Darla and Sandy Hagen, Judy and Bob Santman, Jo (Roger Rantz) Robinson, Mary and Russ Warner, and many beloved cousins, extended family and precious friends.
Whether you knew her as E.J., Liz, or Aunt Lizard you knew that she loved you with all her heart. She had the gift of encouraging and uplifting others, loved animal rescue, and showing the "poor and powerless" kindness. Our Lizzy had a heart for travel and visited 7 European countries, The Bahamas, and Hawaii but Upper Michigan held a special place in her heart.
As things became increasingly difficult Liz's number one goal was to be able to go outside and see Lake Michigan. Keeping with her wishes she has been cremated. Her ashes will be scattered at a later date under the starry sky in Upper Michigan.
A Memorial Open House will be held at her home at 5322 Wood School Road Hastings, Michigan 49058 on Saturday, September 21st, 2024, from 1 - 4 pm.
In lieu of flowers her family suggests memorial donations be made to Micah6Community.com Eversightvision.org or An Animal Rescue near you
