Eleanor A. (Heeringa) Saunders of Grand Rapids, Michigan, age 87, passed away on January 14, 2021. She was born to Adrian and Edna (Voss) Heeringa on July 19, 1933 in Grand Rapids, Michigan

Eleanor worked for Kentwood Public Schools in food service for 25 years.

Eleanor is survived by her 4 children Dawn (Bob) Wise, Tom Saunders, John Saunders, and Sandy (Bob) Duquet as well as her 8 grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband Earl Saunders as well as her 2 siblings Art Heeringa and Dolores DeBruine.
