Elaine Joy Braford (nee Walburg), a devoted mother, loving grandmother, and cherished sister, passed away peacefully entering Heaven on July 19, 2025 at the age of 78. Elaine was preceded in death by her beloved husband Robert Braford in 2008.

Elaine loved her family and music. A talented pianist/organist, she took pride in passing on that musical gift to her children.

She had a gentle heart, especially for animals. She shared a special bond with her beloved dogs, who brought her joy and companionship throughout her life.

Elaine is survived by her children, Steve (Tricia), and Kara (Heidi); her grandchildren, Aubrey, Grant, Kiana, Kaden, Brecken, and Tucker; as well as her siblings, Al and Gloria.

Elaine will be remembered for her warmth, gentle spirit, quiet strength, and the music she brought into so many lives. Her legacy lives on in the songs she played, the lessons she taught, and the love she gave so freely.

A private family gathering will be held in her honor.
