Elaine L. Almy (Freeman), of Grand Rapids, Michigan, age 82, passed away on Saturday, February 20, 2021, after a brief illness. She was born to George and Hazel Freeman on May 29, 1938. She was the oldest of four children and was married to Robert Almy.
Elaine is survived by her Son, Walter Stange; daughters, Linda Myers, Renee Johnson and Bobbi Jo Berg. Many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Hazel Freeman; Her brother James Freeman, sister Sharon Jones; her husband Robert Almy and her daughter Cindy Gray.
Her wishes were to be cremated and no visitation or services to be held. A private family memorial will be held at a later date.
