Edna Jeanne Hines age 74 from Rockford Michigan gained her heavenly wings on August 23rd, 2021 after a brief battle with cancer.

Edna was a loving kind woman who loved to knit and enjoyed her retirement. Edna worked for the Rockford Public School System as a special needs bus driver which she truly loved. She was a member of Oakview Reform church for most of her life.

Edna was preceded in death by her parents Melvin and Esther Hines, brother Tom Hines, brother in law Bruce Broene and grandson Codi Chandler. Edna is survived by her sister Marti Broene, brother Donald (Sandy) Hines, sister in law Clair Hines, daughters Carolann Millirans, Esther (David) Brott, Jennie Boening as well as 8 grand children and over 20 great grandchildren and many cousins, nieces, nephews and dear friends.

No visitation will be held per Edna's wishes. A memorial will be held at Hager Park in Hudsonville on September 19th at 3pm to celebrate Edna's life the day before she would have turned 75.
