Marilyn Prindiville, age 83, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, February 25, 2020. Marilyn was born on October 3, 1936, to Lee and Hazel McCormick in Big Spring, Texas. She met the love of her life, Richard, while he was stationed in the Air Force. They eventually made their home in Grand Rapids and raised their three children there. They spent their summers at their cottage on Big Pine Island lake. Marilyn loved to entertain and was an exceptional cook. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She will be missed by her loving children: Daniel (Marilyn) Prindiville, David (Tracey) Prindiville, and Kathleen (Tim) Lane, grandchildren: Jeff (Jaymie) Prindiville, Michelle (John) Huizenga, Jennifer Prindiville, JR Kotrc, George Lane and David Lane and great granddaughters: Avery, Carter, Rylann and Annabelle. She is also survived by her siblings Maureen McCutchin, Richard (Linda) McCormick and Judy (Steve) Boyd. Brothers and sisters in-laws: Dale (Mary) Prindiville, and John (Mary) Prindiville and many nieces and nephews and many dear friends. Marilyn was preceded in death by her husband, Richard, parents, sister Mildred Blakney and granddaughter Lisa Marie Prindiville. The family will greet visitors at St. Roberts Catholic Church on Saturday, February 29 at 10:00 AM with service following at 11:00 AM. The family would like to thank the staff at Faith Hospice Trillium Woods for their loving and excellent care. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Faith Hospice or The American Cancer Society.
