Dorothy "Dode" Towner, passed away on May 24, 2021, and now rests with her beloved husband Jerry and their Lord and Savior.

Dode leaves behind their two sons, Gerald, Jr. (Gloria) and David A. Towner; grandson Gerald III (Monica); two great-grandchildren, Gerald "J.T." IV and Lyla Towner; nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family Lois and Clem St. Louis.

Dorothy was a retiree of AT&T and a member of the Telephone Pioneers.

There will be a time of visitation from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 27, 2021, at Ofield Funeral Home, 4500 Kalamazoo Avenue SE, Kentwood, MI 49508.

A graveside service will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, May 28, 2021, at Rosedale Memorial Park, 50 Lake Michigan Drive NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49534.
