Dorothy (Dory) Nardin was called back home to our Heavenly Father on Monday, August 8, 2016. Dory was a loving and caring mother of 5, grandmother of 3, and great grandmother of 3. Dory leaves behind daughters Kathy (David) Dlugoss, Linda (Mike) Grooms, Cindy (Jim) Bessey, and son Gerald (John Nienhuis) Nardin. She was preceded in dath by her parents, son, and 4 sisters. A Funeral Mass will be held 11:00 AM Friday, Aug. 12th at St. Mary Magdalen Church 1295 52nd St. Fr. Godfrey Onyekwere, Celebrant. A luncheon will follow. The family will meet with friends Thursday Aug. 11th at Ofield Funeral Home 4500 Kalamazoo Ave. from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM with a rosary being prayed at 7:00 PM. Memorial contributions may be made to Great Lakes Caring Hospice or to the COPD Foundation of W. Michigan.
