Dorothea was born on April 5th, 1949, in Grand Rapids, Michigan to Jerome Vander Muelan and Dorothy Vander Muelan Phelps.
She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter April Wendt, grandson; Christopher Beukema, Nephew; Jeffrey Glupker, and siblings; Geri Siekirk, Carol Flannery, Joyce Sutton, and Darryl Retting.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Ofield Funeral Home in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
