Obituary

Glory to God, Donna Helen Wiebenga, 77, of Coopersville, MI, moved to heaven
on Tuesday, April 30, 2024 surrounded by her loving family and friends.

Donna (Dondoo) was born on April 5, 1947 to Strick and Helen Strickland in
Jacksonville, Florida. From a young age, she showed an unwavering dedication to
her passions, Jesus and her family. She was a woman who could bring joy and
laughter to those around her.

She will be remembered for her charity work with United Ways, as well as her profound
generosity in her many communities. Whether through her career at NASA Space
Center or her year representing as Mrs. Bendix in the Bendix Florida Pageant. She
made a lasting difference wherever she went. Donna always had a love of cooking. We
could rely on her for the 'angel eggs' at every family event and she passed down her
homemade meatloaf recipe. Donna was an extremely competitive UNO & Yahtzee
player and frequently dominated family game night. She could make you laugh until you
cried and bring you back from tears with beautiful words of wisdom.

Above all, Donna cherished her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her
parents, Strick and Helen Strickland and brother Parky Strickland. She leaves behind
her beloved daughters, Sherre Dawn VanDenHeuvel and Ronda Lynn Wiebenga,
son-in-law, Jeff VanDenHeuvel, Grandchildren, Rachel Senna (Kyle), Marcy Coryell
(Sean), Jeffrey VanDenHeuvel (Melanie), Elexus Smith, Daniel Smith and her 8 Great
Grandchildren, Raegan Senna, Zoe Senna, Jaxon Coryell, Addison Coryell, Spencer
Coryell, Liam Coryell, Emmett VanDenHeuvel, Reese VanDenHeuvel. Forever
remembered by her siblings, Connie Strickland and Lynn Trapp. As well as an abundant
group of friends from her christian community who will continue to honor her memory by
embodying her values of endless love and forgiveness.

In her spare time, Donna enjoyed finding solace and joy by sharing her love of Jesus
and praising with song! She will be deeply missed by her loved ones, but her spirit will
live on through the countless lives she touched.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, May 4, 2024 at Life Community Church
of Greenville, MI.

Donna may be gone from our sight, but her love, laughter, and legacy will forever
remain in our hearts.
