Donn D. Patterson of Coopersville, Michigan, formerly of East Chicago, Indiana, passed away from complications of Dementia at the age of 74 on July 2, 2020. He was a veteran of the United States Army serving in Vietnam.
Donn is survived by his wife, Susan Patterson; his mother, Phyllis Patterson; his brother, Tim (Linda) Patterson; His children Tammy (Ben) Callahan, Tim (Shane) Hillman, and Donn (Karen) Freiberger; His grandchildren, Amber (Eric) Woolpert, Alexis Muskovin, Baylie Tyron, Brittany Freiberger, Derek (Carol) Freiberger, Jake Hillman, MaryBeth (Nathan) Tran, as well as great grandchildren. Donn is preceded in death by his father, Edwin Patterson and his mother in law, Eva Kasper. As per Donn's wishes, cremation has taken place. There will be no services. Those wishing to offer expressions of sympathy are encouraged to make a memorial contribution to the Disabled Veterans.
