Donald G. Pulte, age 64, of Grand Rapids, passed away peacefully on March 2, 2022. He is survived by his parents, Donald and Colleen Pulte, his siblings, Dean (Sharon) Pulte, Mark (Sue) Pulte, Marie (Carlo Martina) Pulte, William Pulte, his nieces and nephews, Samantha (Chris), Melanie, Bobby, Jessica, Johnny, and Carly, his great niece, Rebecca, and many cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends. Don loved spending time with his family and friends, helping his parents out, and earlier in life, took care of his elderly grandmother when she was diagnosed with Alzheimer's. He enjoyed science fiction, growing plants, listening to and writing music, and in particular jazz and blues. He played flute, bassoon, and other wind instruments, as well as keyboards. Don was always learning new things. He learned to speak Chinese for fun, was in the Chinese Society and helped out at the Grand Rapids Festival of the Arts. He had a great laugh, and witty sense of humor. He will be missed but will always live on in our hearts. A viewing and celebration of life are scheduled for Saturday, March 5, 2022, from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m., at Ofield Funeral Home, 4500 Kalamazoo Ave., S.E., Kentwood, MI 49508. Service Details. Visitation
