May 4, 2011 Dolores "Dollie" Winkels, age 78 passed away quietly on Wednesday May 4, 2011 at Faith Hospice after a lingering illness. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Bernice Niedwick, her husband Dean Winkels, and her beloved daughter Patricia (Patty). She is survived by her fiancé, John Raap, her sister Elaine Joanne Schlusser, several cousins and friends.It was Dollie's wish that she be cremated and that no visitation or service be held. In lieu of flowers, it is the family's wish that donations be sent to Faith Hospice of Trillium Woods in gratitude for the loving care they provided.
