Dina Johanna Petiet, age 95, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 28, 2022. She was preceded in death by her husband Cornelis J. Petiet. She is survived by her children John (Beverly), Johanna Tolan, Lee ( Gary) Parfitt, Jack (Andrea), Linda (Robert) Brooks, and Michael (Jill), 17 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren Dina was born to Jacobus and Johanna Mijnsbergen December 14, 1926 in the village of Goes in the Netherlands. She married Cornelis Johannes Petiet December 10, 1947. In February of 1955, she moved with her family of five to the United States. She will be remembered for her love of dancing, playing volleyball, visiting and swimming in the Big Lake (Lake Michigan). Her greatest joy was her grandchildren and great grandchildren. A private service will be held later in the spring. Service Details.
