Diane Marie Murphy, age 69, of Lakeview, MI passed away peacefully on September 6, 2025. She was reunited in heaven with her husband of 51 years, Chuck (Chucky).

Diane was a devoted mom, grandma, and great-grandma who loved to laugh, spend time with her family, and who had a passion for crafting.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Chuck; parents, Elmer and Dolores Hoaglund; brothers, Dennis and Douglas Hoaglund; and and mother and father in-law, Charles and Dorothy Murphy. She is survived by her children: Jeremy (Jean) Murphy of Cedar Rapids, IA, Jennifer (Nick) Wagner of Grand Rapids, MI, Joanie (Lionel) Frayer of Mount Pleasant, MI, and Jill (Ralph) Nowack of Grand Rapids, MI; nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and her two fur babies Izzy and Zoey.

The family extends heartfelt thanks to the Corewell Health 5 North team and the Cancer and Hematology Center of Grand Rapids for their exceptional care.

Her laughter, love, and warmth will be deeply missed but forever remembered.
