Denise M. Michalik, 67, of Byron Center, Michigan, passed away on Saturday, August 30, 2025.

Born in Chicago, Illinois, Denise built a life defined by curiosity, dedication, and a global perspective. She earned her undergraduate degree from Western Michigan University and went on to complete her Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Regis University.

Her career and life journey took her across the United States and abroad. Among the places she lived and loved were Chicago, Illinois; Austin, Texas; and Seoul, South Korea, each of which added richness to her experiences and friendships.

Proceeded by her father Richard J. Michalik, she is survived by her mother, MaryAnne Michalik; her sisters, Doreen (Alex) Marcinek and Deanna (Dan) Hedges; her brother, David (Lucy) Michalik; and beloved nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, and grand-nephews, who brought joy and light to her life.

Denise was deeply loved by her family and will be sorely missed by all who knew her.

A private memorial service will be held for the family. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests honoring Denise's memory through a donation to a charity of your choice.
