Debra Kay McLean Braswell Williams was born in York Nebraska on August 11, 1953 to Eldon McLean and Constance Rayles. Debra passed away peacefully in her sleep with her family by her side on April 18, 2022. She battled lung cancer for 5 long months.

Debra was a beautiful soul, and nothing mattered to her more than family. She lived a full life & traveled to many places. Her love for music carried her through life, I know she is dancing in the sky now.

Debra is preceded in death by her parents Constance Rayles and Eldon McLean, all of her grandparents, her niece Mandy McLean and nephew Jake McLean, her brother Roger McLean, and her soulmate Thomas Braswell. Debra is survived by her children, Jeremy and Jobe Braswell, grandchildren, Michael and Alyssa Braswell, her husband, Jim Williams, sisters Marjorie and Marilyn, best friend Lynnette and Shari, many nieces, nephews, & friends.
