Debra Kay Phillips, 64, of Holland, Michigan passed away on Monday, July 16th, 2018. Debra was born on January 9th, 1954, in Lima, Ohio to Doyle and Barbara (Harrod) Gudakunst. She is survived by her husband, Don Phillips. Arrangements have been entrusted to Simply Cremations in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
