Deborah J. (Miller), 84, of Kentwood, Mich., passed away peacefully in her sleep Tuesday, July 8th, 2025 in Byron Center at the home of her daughter and son-in-law Kim and Brian Planck where she stayed after being placed in hospice care. Deborah was born April 20, 1941 in Grand Rapids, MI, a daughter of Clifford and Zeona Miller. She was a Realtor of over 35 years. She was also a longtime member of Psi Iota Xi Sorority. She was known for her love of helping others, as well as sharing her love of Jesus and her deep faith with anyone who would listen. She found unending joy in spending time with her family, her volunteer work, crafting, working on sorority fundraising projects used to support others in need, and her travels over the years. In addition to her parents, Deborah was preceded in death by her son Kelly Austin Lancaster in 2003; her grandson Austin Timothy Lancaster in 2004, her siblings Clifford (Blake) Miller, Carol L. Fisher, and Clifford H. (Jr) Miller. She is survived by her children Deborah L. (Ron) Eaton; Kimberly A. (Brian) Planck; Timothy E. (Patti) Lancaster; Scott A. (Stacey) Lancaster; daughter-in-law Darlene A. Lancaster, sister Sheryl Schwallier, grandchildren Dwayne (Karen), Jackie (Larry), Christopher, Samantha, Tristan, Sierra, Hope and Haylee, 9 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild, nieces, nephews and many special friends. Funeral Services will be held on August 7th, 2025 at Heritage Baptist Church, at 11AM, 1570 60th St S.E. Kentwood, MI. Interment will be in Southern Cemetery, Central Lake, Michigan.
