David Lee Stephan (age 61) passed away Christmas morning 2016 of cardiac arrest. Dave was very aware of his health issues and content with his life. Dave was a loving son, brother, husband, father, uncle, and friend. Dave was an honest, loving, hardworking man, with a great sense of humor. Dave loves his family very much. Dave was a Libra always weighing both sides of the scale, and he always looked at things from both points of view, to make educated decisions. Dave took on many challenges in life. He was always prepared with a well thought out plan before taking on any project, and always ending with excellent results. Dave will always be with us, always be loved, and will truly be missed. At the request of Dave, cremation has taken place. He was preceded in Death by his father Marvin, and his brother Jim Stephan. Dave is survived by his mother Virginia, wife Karla, son James (wife Megan.) Sisters Jackie Rees, and Carol (husband Tom) Ross, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be sent to the Stephan family (James Stephan 3611 Garden St. Wayland, MI 49348) to help assist with medical expenses, due to no medical, or life insurance. The memorial/visitation will be held Saturday January, 7, 2017 from 1-3 pm (immediate family from 12:30-1) at Allendale Town Hall 6678 Lake Michigan Drive Allendale, MI 49401.
