David Robert Maurice, 41, of Grand Rapids, passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 22nd.  David passed away surrounded by his loved ones.  He was born on October 14th, 1981.

David was a fun soul who took on many passions.  One of them included playing guitar.  He was an exceptionally talented player who loved to play riffs any chance he could.  He loved to inspire others through music.

David is survived by his two children, Tyler and Zachary Maurice, mother, Chris Greiner, and grandmother, Grace Anderson.  He will forever be loved and missed by his brothers, Josh and Jake Warner, his girlfriend, Vicky Homrich, and his many aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, and friends.

He is preceded in death by his father, David Joseph Maurice, uncle Terry Rozanski, and Bob Maurice.

David will be missed and remembered for the many lives he touched.  His family hopes he's jamming on his guitar with his loved ones in heaven.  In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Guitar Center Music Foundation in David's name.

A celebration of David's life will be announced and celebrated later.
