David William Arntson, born on June 6, 1950, in Muskegon, MI, passed away on August 26, 2024, in Norton Shores, MI. A devoted husband to Sharon Arntson, David cherished his relationship with her and held a deep love for Jesus Christ, his Lord and Savior, which guided him throughout his life.

David proudly served in the Marine Corps, demonstrating dedication and courage to his country.

Surviving children are Kerra White, Jonathon Arntson, Marie Lake, Michelle (Ryan) Shelly, and Brandon (Teresa) Coppock and several grandchildren. He is survived by his siblings, Thomas (Karen) Arntson and Margaret (David) McLough, who will remember him for his humor and warmth. He was preceded in death by and will be reunited with his parents: William and Ruth Arntson; and a son, Joseph Arntson.  David was an active member of Shores Community Church, where his faith and kindness touched many lives.

David's laughter and love will be missed by all who knew him, leaving behind cherished memories that will last a lifetime.

A special thank you to all our friends and those at Shores Community Church who stood by us, sent cards, meals, and many prayers. Also, a thank you to Harbor Hospice of Muskegon for their excellent care.

The memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, September 8, 2024, at Shores Community Church, 3800 Lake Harbor Road, Norton Shores, MI 49441
