August 10, 2013 Darren K. White, aged 44, of Byron Center, went to be with his Lord, Saturday, August 10, 2013. Surviving are his wife, Amy, two sons, Kyle and Brayden, mother, Nancy White, step mother, Ginnie White, 3 sisters, a brother and many nieces and nephews. Darren was preceded in death by his father and a brother. He enjoyed his work with the Kentwood Public Schools for many years. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday, August 13th at 11:30am in St. Mary Magdalen Church, 1800 44th St. SE. In lieu of flowers contributions to the Boy Scouts of America or Darren's Childrens Educational Fund will be appreciated. The family will meet with friends and relatives Monday from 2-4 and 6-8pm at the Ofield Funeral Home.
