March 30, 2011 Service: April 4, 2011 Danny C. Christie Sr., aged 60, of Wyoming went to be with his Lord on Tuesday, March 30, 2011. Dan is survived by his loving wife of 38 years, Denise, children, Amy (Mark) McDonald, Dan (Rebecca) Christie; grandchildren, Robert, Shelby, Dalton, Rylee, Chase and Braydon; brother, Gary (Sean) Christie, father-in-law, Woody Young, uncle, aunts, cousins and many friends. Dan was a humble, fun loving man who loved helping and spending time with family and friends. He will be forever remembered and missed by everyone who knew and loved him. The funeral mass will be held Monday, April 4th at 11:00am at St. Pius X Church in Grandville with Reverend Chris Rouech and Reverend Thomas Simons, celebrants. Visitation will be Saturday 6-8pm and Sunday 2-4 and 6-8pm at the Ofield Funeral Home and Monday at the church from 10-11am before the mass. A vigil service will be held Saturday at 7:30pm. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Trillium Woods - Faith Hospice or St. Pius X Church.
