Dale Arthur Wandel age 80 of Ionia, his sun set June 22, 2023 at home with his family. His sun rose March 11, 1943 in Lyons. The son of Elba and Mary (Lee) Wandel. He married Beverly Bennett on Sept 4,1965.    He enjoyed his hotrods and anything involving an automobile, hosting family and school reunions. He had many friends .

Dale is survived by his children Craig Wandel (Dannielle Fisk) of Ionia, and Elaine Gilliland (Greg) of Ionia, sister Betty Keefer of Arkansas, grand children Tory Wandel of Las Vegas, Tara King (Reko) of Las Vegas, Seth Wandel of Ionia, Scott Edwards of Florida, Austin Edwards of Florida, and great grandchildren, lots of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his loving wife Beverly, son Allen, his parents and brothers and sisters. Funeral arrangements are private and a celebration of life will be at a later date.
