Cynthia Sue (Bloomer) Raeside, age 71, passed away peacefully on December 22, 2022 from complications of diabetes. She was preceded in death by her father, William E Bloomer, in-laws Lee and Carolyn (Meade) Raeside, grandparents Theron and Jenny (Markle) Bloomer and Donald and Florence Carrick, aunts and uncles Arthur and Eleanor (Bloomer) House, Arthur Bloomer and Jack Clancy, and a special great aunt and uncle Delbert and Thelma (Bloomer) Wasdyke.

She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 22 years, James H Raeside of Kentwood, MI., brothers-in-law Andy (Noemi) Raeside, of Grand Rapids, MI., Allan Raeside of Earlville, IL., sister-in-law Beth (Jim) Super of Earlville, IL., aunts Nancy Clancy of Kentwood, MI., Barbara Bloomer of Traverse City, MI., Gayle Bloomer of St. Johns, MI., extended family, and friends.

Cindy was a graduate of Kelloggsville High School class of 1969 where she played flute in the marching band. She worked at Spartan for 25 years, retiring in 2006, and enjoyed crafting, going to Lake Michigan, and playing board games.

The family would like to express their heartfelt thanks to the staff of Faith Hospice for the wonderful care given to Cindy in her final days.

Cremation has taken place, and per Cindy's request there will be no service. The family would like to suggest donations be made to Faith Hospice or the Alzheimer's Association.
