Karston, Cynthia, age 74 of Wyoming, died peacefully Monday, January 12, 2026 in Wayland, Michigan. She was born in 1951.

Cindi married Gerald Karston in 1974 and was married for 47 years. Cindi was preceded in death by her father, Ronald; her mother Barabara and her husband Jerry. She leaves behind her two sons, Adam (Carrie) Karston and Bradley Karston; a granddaughter, Lydia Karston; sisters-in-law Deb Louck, Sonja Karston, Sharon Van Dam and Barb Wiseman; as well as many nieces, nephews, other family members and friends. 

Cindi graduated from Rogers High School and attended WMU & GVSU. Cindi loved her children and granddaughter, she also enjoyed listening to and playing music on her piano and loved a night or weekend out with the girls. Cindi dedicated her life to her family and friends and enjoyed every moment with them. 

A celebration of Cindi's life will be held 2 pm to 5 pm Sunday, January 25, 2026 at Kosciuszko Hall, 935 Park St. SW, Grand Rapids, MI 49504.
