Cornetta "Connie" Crater, aged 91 of Wyoming, Michigan, went home to be with her Lord and Savior and her late husband Roy on Saturday, May 18, 2024.

She was born in 1933 to the late Susan and James Hekhuis in Fremont, MI. Along with her husband and parents, Connie was preceded in death by her daughter Sharon Groelsma. She is survived by her siblings Bob (Sandy) Hekhuis; and children Kenneth and Jacquie Crater, Linda Kroll, Dale and Michelle Crater, and Curt and Marlene Groelsma. Connie is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A memorial service for the immediate family will be held in Connie's honor. Connie will be remembered by many for her joyful spirit, playful antics, and love of her community. In Lieu of flowers, please consider donating to the food pantry at United Church Outreach Ministries (UCOM) where Roy and Connie have spent much of their time.
