Codi Chandler, 28, of Caledonia, passed away unexpectedly, on the morning of September 5th. Codi was born on October 9th, 1988, in Grand Rapids to Scott and Jennie. Keeping with the wishes of Codi, cremation has taken place. Arrangements have been entrusted to Simply Cremation.
