Christine L. Jansma, age 71, of Kentwood, Michigan peacefully passed away at her home on Sunday, November 2, 2025. She was born on February 4, 1954 in Grand Rapids, Michigan to the late Nelson and Lena (Bigelow) Jansma. Christine is survived by her husband of 47 years, Henry E. Jansma, Jr.; her sons, Aaron M. Jansma and Glen Symanski; her granddaughters, Isabelle L. and Alanna M. Jansma along with many nieces, nephews and extended relatives. Christine spent her life as a homemaker and enjoyed time with her family and cherished the time she had with her granddaughters. She was also a long-time member of the American Legion Auxiliary Post 459 of Grand Rapids, Michigan. Christine was preceded in death by her parents and four siblings. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
