Charles Henry Wright, age 86, of Hopkins, Michigan, passed away peacefully on May 11, 2025, surrounded by loved ones.

Charles was preceded in death by his son Russel Albert Wright and daughter-in-law Elizabeth Jane Wright. He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by his wife of 64 years, Mary Wright, and their children: Tracy (Gene) Schwartz, Randy Wright, Tami-Jo (Tom) Williams, Wendy (Jim) Tew, and Joe (Sandy) Wright. Charles was a proud grandfather to 13 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.

Born and raised in the Hopkins area, Charles built a life rooted in community, where he and Mary lovingly raised their six children. Charles dedicated most of his working years to serving his community, always willing to lend a hand.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, May 24th at 11:00 a.m. at the Hopkins United Methodist Church , with a family luncheon to follow in the adjoining hall.
