Chuck Smith, age 86 of Wyoming passed away, May 10, 2022. He was preceded in death by his mother Esther, daughter Terri and his wife Donna. He is survived by his daughter, Sue Smith, son Chuck and Shelley Smith, Grandchildren, Mike Smith, Chuck and Jason Converse, Jennifer and Matt Griffen, Josh and Lauren Veenstra, Kate and Ryan Kelsey and John Smith. Ten great grandchildren. Sisters Eleanor and Don DeShane, Mary Clement. Many nieces, nephews and cousins.

The family would like to thank Missy and the staff at Kindred hospice for the love and compassionate care given to Chuck.
