Celestina Rivera (Narvaiz) Smith age 50 yrs, Went home to be with the Lord with her loving Family surrounding her on November 18, 2018 Celestina was born to Paul and Hope Narvaiz on May 16, 1968. Celestina loved her family beyond measure,she loved life and her home was always filled with love and laughter, She graciously took in many family members during the years, she was most happy with a houseful of loved ones. Tina's was a true woman of faith. Her faith and love for the Lord was beyond measure, and was exemplified till her very last breath. She loved to got out to eat and shop especially at second hand stores. She loved for her husband to take her on rides around the city, it was nothing for them to jump in the car and end up in Traverse City or in Saginaw to visit family. She was owner of Tina's Tots daycare and provided care for many little ones for over 25 years. Tina was married to her love Dale Smith. He survives her along with her three children and spouses Patricia (Curtis) Vasser, Andrew (Theresa) Torres, Jacob (Stephanie) Torres, her beloved granddaughters Jeala, Hope, Vasser & Aurora Grace, and a grandson Ricardo Torrez on the way, step children Dale Jr. (Mandy) Smith, Matthew (Mark) Clause, Kristin (Michael)Capp and many step grandchildren, her brothers Paul (Zenda) Narvaiz Raymond (Stephanie) Narvaiz many Nieces, Nephews, Aunts, Uncles, and cousins whom she loved ever so dearly, especially her Aunt Sally Thayer. Also 3 very close life long friends, Lisa Gallardo-Vega, Jennifer Acevedo-Hernandez and Bobbie Wilson. Celestina was predeceased by an infant daughter Theresa Torres, her grandparents and In-Laws. A private celebration of life will be held for family and close friends.
