Casey Bushick was born on September 6,1989 and passed away suddenly on July 29, 2024.

He is preceded in death by his mother Catherine "Kitty" Bushick, His Grandparents Harry and Lottie Bushick, great grandparents John and Agnes Bushick and by his special friend whom he always called his 'YOUNGER' sister" Samantha Anthony.

He is survived by an aunt, Judy Bushick Weurding of Indianapolis, Indiana, cousins; Jill Weurding of Atlanta, Georgia, Joseph Weurding of Atlanta, Georgia and Jenny Weurding of Indianapolis, Indiana, plus many second cousins.  He is also survived by his adopted family  Rick & Chris Anthony of Lawrence, Ashley (Anthony) and Billy Conklin of Mattawan, and "little sister" Heather "DER" Wyatt of Lawrence.

Casey was loved, adored, and claimed as family by many people in the small town of Lawrence, which he always considered home.  He moved to Georgia with his grandma Lottie (who was Casey's world) when he was 15 but always kept his friends, family and the town of Lawrence close to his heart returning to it whenever he could. Casey could light up a room, he always made others feel better about themselves, he was a bright light to so many! Casey was a prime example of it takes a village to raise a child.

Celebration of Casey's life will take place on Saturday August 10th, 2024, with graveside services at 10 am (Lawrence Hill Cemetery 54761 Red Arrow Hwy Lawrence, MI 49064) with a luncheon to follow at the Word of Life Faith Center, 350 S Paw Paw St, Lawrence, MI 49064.
