Carolyn Joyce Wyant passed away on February 24, 2022 at her home. She was born on December 9,1939 to Ryan and Elsie Vandyke.

Carolyn married the love of her life William Sanford Wyant in August of 1959. Together they both enjoyed playing golf at Mullenhurst Golf Course, traveling to Gulf Shores, Alabama for the winter and going to the casinos.

Carolyn enjoyed planting a garden with her friends at Royal Estates where she lived. She also loved singing karaoke with her special friends from the park whom she enjoyed so much.

Surviving are her children, Steve (Margui) Wyant of Allegan, William Alan (Cathy) Wyant of Shelbyville, Marshall Wyant of Kalamazoo and Barbara (Steven) Woodard also of Kalamazoo; her 6 grandsons; Christopher Wyant, Corey Wyant, Kenny Wyant, Jason Marks, Whitney Wyant and William Roger (Rebecca) Wyant; 2 great-grandchildren; Alexis and Blake Marks and soon-to-be great-granddaughter, Emma Faith Wyant in April, 2022.

Carolyn is preceded in death by her husband, William of 59 years, her parents, Ryan and Elsie Vandyk, and brother, John Vandyke.

According to her wishes, cremation has taken place. Burial will take place in the Spring at Fort Custer National Cemetery in Augusta, Michigan. Service Details.
