Carol Rae Thompson of Grand Rapids, Michigan went to her heavenly home on December 7, 2024. Carol was born in Grand Rapids on March 28, 1943.

Those left to cherish Carol's memory are daughter Sharleen Thompson; son Steven Thompson and daughter in law Eve; and grandchildren Angela and Rose Thompson and Cole and Elisabeth Thompson. Carol is also survived by her sisters Martheen Baas, Marleen (Bill) Hutt, Janet (Loren) VanWyk and brother Ray (Kris) Baas.

Preceding Carol in death were her parents Raymond and Arianna Baas and husband Robert Thompson. A memorial service will be held at Ofield Funeral home at 2:00 PM on Friday, December 13 with visitation from 1:00 PM to 2:00PM.
